• Does anyone have a complete repair manual for ZF 6HP19 automatic transmission? (clutch packs measuring info needed) ZF original part number for the manual is 1071 766 702 I googled for it and only got links to some shady ebook sites which require registration. So I ask here before trying that option.

In this video i remove the valve body from a BMW 60 transmission 6hp19 to be exact, i show how to remove and service different things and how to properly cha.

Mechatronic seal overhaul, 99% of all mechatronic issues are caused due to the cracked ZF figure 8 bridge seal adapter. If you are replacing bridge seal adapter you will also need the remaning 5 seals to be replaced. This kit has all 6 seals you need to fix your transmission fault.
