Botania is a tech mod themed around natural magic. Gameplay is centered around creating magical flowers and devices using Mana, the power of the earth.
Botania is fully playable as a standalone mod (and is designed as such), but it functions just well in conjunction with other mods.
The mod focuses on automation, but without elements that make it feel grindy-- systems can be thought out and designed, rather than built blindly from blueprints in JEI or a wiki.
Botania's design philosophy:
No pipes, wires, etc-- they're boring and overdone;
No GUIs-- interact with everything in-world;
No numbers-- players shouldn't try to minmax everything;
Keep all resources as renewable as possible;
Provide pleasing visuals, despite using only two different particle effects.

Minecraft

Here are the new items available to use in the mod:

AIOTs:

  • This item merges almost every aspect of each common manasteel or elementium tool. In other words, you can easily smash every block, excepting for bedrock.
  • You can use the same mechanics to fill the farmland, which is similar to hoes.
  • When you use Shift and the right mouse on dirt or grass, you can make grass paths.
  • Feel free to put down some torches like the manasteel or elementium pickaxe.

Manasteel Hoe:

  • The function of this tool is to till dirt and grass. You do that using the right mouse.
Minecraft

Elementium Hoe:

  • This tool is similar to Manasteel hoe. However, it has a difference. The farmland that was tilled is wet immediately. It will continue being wet.
  • If there is a thing that jumps on it, it will not take any damage.
  • To change it back into dirt, you need to smash the farmland block for having the dirt back. Or, you can use the right mouse on it with the Elementium Hoe.

Make sure you have enough mana. It is because everything requires mana to consume, or they will take damage just like a vanilla tool.

  • You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
  • Locate the Minecraft application folder.
  • On windows open Run from the start menu > type %appdata% > click Run.
  • On mac open finder, hold down ALT > click Go then Library in the top menu bar.
  • Open the folder Application Support > look for Minecraft.
  • Place the mod you have just AIOT Botania Mod downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
  • When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the AIOT Botania Mod is installed.
